- deluxe queuing
- A mostly AT&T term describing a feature that permits incoming calls to be placed in a queue when all lines are busy. The queue can be either a Ringback Queue (RBQ) in which the user hangs up and is called back when a trunk becomes available, or an Off Hook Queue(OHQ) in which the user waits off-hook and is connected to the next available trunk.
